How does the AI PO capture work?
Forward or sync your sales inbox and SellerDesk's AI reads each incoming purchase-order PDF or email — extracting line items, quantities, prices and tax into a clean, editable order. You review and approve; it never auto-commits without a human check.
What counts as an order?
One order is a single sales order or purchase order, regardless of how many line items it contains. Splits and partial fulfilments don't count twice.
Do unused orders roll over?
Your monthly allowance resets each cycle. If you regularly exceed it, we'll proactively suggest the next tier — you're never hit with surprise overage fees.
How long does setup take?
Most sellers connect their first channel and see orders flowing the same day. A full multi-channel + GRN setup typically takes under a week with our team.
Which channels do you support?
